Sudhaar

Terms of Use

These rules keep Sudhaar useful, safe, and honest about what the service can and cannot do.

The English version is the controlling version. Translations are provided to make the Terms easier to understand.Last updated · 17 September 2026

1. Acceptance and age

By using Sudhaar, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian. Stop using the service if you do not agree.

2. Responsible use

Use Sudhaar only for genuine, non-emergency public issues. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and rights to any text or image you submit. Keep descriptions factual and place-focused.

3. Prohibited content

Do not submit unlawful, obscene, hateful, threatening, defamatory, deceptive, copyrighted, commercial, political-campaign, or spam content. Do not identify, accuse, shame, harass, or expose any person; do not post faces, number plates, contact details, private addresses, or sensitive victim information.

4. AI concepts

Each photo complaint includes a clearly labelled AI improvement illustration. It is not evidence, an official plan, a cost estimate, a promise of work, or proof that conditions changed. You can review it before submission and retry only once.

5. Publication and moderation

Sudhaar can automatically publish complete reports in public-community mode or hold reports in moderated mode. It may reject, hide, edit public summaries, restrict sharing, preserve audit records, or remove content to protect people, comply with law, or operate the service. Publication does not mean Sudhaar verifies the allegation.

6. Authorities and emergencies

Sudhaar does not provide emergency response, legal advice, or guaranteed delivery to any authority. Call 112 or the appropriate service for immediate danger. Authority suggestions may be incomplete or wrong; verify jurisdiction and submit through the official service yourself unless Sudhaar clearly shows evidence of delivery.

7. Your content licence

You keep ownership of your submission. You give Sudhaar a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review, reproduce, translate, display, and share the public portion only as needed to operate and promote the report and service. Do not submit material you cannot lawfully license.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on a best-effort, as-available basis. Features, free AI capacity, hosting, translations, routes, and report availability may change or fail. To the extent allowed by law, Sudhaar and its creator are not liable for indirect loss, reliance on AI concepts, user content, authority action or inaction, or use outside these Terms. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India may hear disputes. Use Feedback for abuse, takedown, legal, or grievance requests; do not include unnecessary personal information. The Terms may be updated and the updated date will be shown here.
